How much is Warriors guard Stephen Curry's new whiskey?

Curry’s Gentleman’s Cut Kentucky Straight Bourbon is produced by Game Changer Distillery in Boone County, KY. The bourbon is a product of Curry’s SC30 Inc. partnership with John Schwartz of Amuse Bouche Winery. The drink focuses on the barrel selection and blending rather than producing whiskey straight from scratch. The specs see the whiskey comprise of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley on top of the whiskey being distilled in a 500-gallon copper pot between five and seven years.

The basketball player and now bourbon owner joins a long list of growing celebrities who have their hand on their own spirit beverage. In a statement regarding the partnership, Schwartz said, “In close collaboration with Stephen we produced a high-quality aged bourbon offered at a great value that will resonate with bourbon connoisseurs and help grow the craft bourbon category to our global audience.” Curry added, “I’m proud to have helped carefully craft a new signature Kentucky straight bourbon. This rich, complex and bold bourbon is the perfect offering to commemorate life’s great occasions, and will be part of a raised-glass toasting moment in the lives of my fans, friends and family.” The tasting notes of the bourbon are reminiscent of honey, fresh vanilla bean and rich caramel and is expected to roll out this month and availably nationally for $80 USD.
